Sunny leads all development, construction, and hospitality operations at Bellamare. He built 18 years of operational depth at Jackies International across restaurant, hotel, and retail verticals before moving into construction and development in 2010. He has led the development division since 2012, delivering institutional-quality returns across a growing portfolio in the Southeast.

Matt is an operator, investor, and technologist with experience spanning fintech, venture capital, and global consulting. He advises Bellamare on capital strategy and technology, drawing on a career that includes building, scaling, and exiting a $317M fintech company and investing across early-stage ventures and public markets.
